How it Works

At FreshCut Garden Maintenance, we make the process simple and straightforward. It all starts with you contacting us through our website, email, phone or social media. Once we receive your request, our team schedules an inspection to assess your garden's specific needs. See below for details on how to 'Get in Touch'.

Our head gardener Mathew will then visit the lawn or area requiring services for a thorough inspection. This inspection is typically up to 30 minutes and is free of charge. While performing the inspection, you can discuss your preferences, the services you are after and any other questions you have. Our gardener will also make suggestions for the best care of your garden.  See our 'Services' for a list of what we offer. 

After the inspection, we provide a detailed price and quote, outlining the proposed services and their costs based on our inspection. The quote is made taking into consideration your requests and our suggestions, for an effective lawn care strategy that works for you and your property. Upon approval of the quote (via email or link we provide), we will be in contact to schedule our visit to begin our maintenance services. 

Our team will get to work on providing the gardening services you need, ensuring your garden remains vibrant and healthy. Services can be offered as a one off or on an ongoing basis. It is really up to you. Just let us know as early as possible so this is considered as part of the quote. Once the services are complete or at the end of each visit (for regular maintenance), an invoice is emailed to you on the day with various payment methods available. Payments are due within 7 days for residential services and 14 days for business and body corporate services, from the date of invoice.
